Q1. What Are Virtual Events?
Steadfast Sports virtual events are organised with a sole purpose of staying fit and connected even in these difficult times. These events gives you a freedom to complete your fitness activity at any location of your choice at any time of your choice on the event day which is convenient for you, and submit activity data online.
Q2. What App should I use to submit my activity online?
Just register yourself with our running club on Strava (https://www.strava.com/clubs/steadfastsports). For an entry to be valid, entrants must complete the entry form and register on Strava and join our club prior to the commencement of the event.
Q3. How to Register on Strava App & share your race information?
- Download and install Strava mobile app from the Google Play Store.
- Sign Up to the app using Google, Facebook or any email id and set up your login credentials.
- Log In to your Strava account using your login credentials.
- Join Steadfast Sports Club (https://www.strava.com/clubs/steadfastsports)
- Click on the “Record” icon on the bottom section of the app, complete your run and save your run details.
Q4. How long will it take for my Goodies to arrive?
Our races are open to everyone from pan India and we generally take 10 working days from the date of the race. If your medal does not arrive in this time, please feel free to email us at info@steadfastsports.in and please allow up to 48 working hours for us to respond to emails and messages.
Q5. What if I haven’t submitted my evidence?
All the event records are to be shared within 2 working days of the event completion. Once the date for evidence submission has passed we cannot guarantee stock of your medals.
Q6. Will I get the goodies even if I do not participate in the activity?
Goodies & Certificate will be sent to you on behalf of your registration with us but we do not send any medals or trophies out until evidence has been received. So, in case if you register but do not participate in the activity you will be eligible for the goodies and certificates but not for the medal or trophy.
Q7. Where do you ship?
We ship pan India, just choose the state and fill up the correct address on the checkout page.
Q8. How do you take payment?
We use PayU Money as our merchant. You can pay by using a credit/debit card or through Net banking & UPI – please choose the correct option when prompted.
Q9. Will I be eligible for a refund if I do not participate in the activity after registration?
Since, we order for your goodies as soon as you register for the event, it won’t be possible to avail a refund.
